SWRL Brand Return Policy

At SWRL, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a simple return process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@swrlworld.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

 4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the actual shipping fee.

Additional Information:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

• SWRL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
